Do these CDs work on all computer operating systems?
Currently, these products only work on Windows machines with Adobe Flash installed.

What forms of payment does Chinese Learning Basics accept, and when am I billed?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We will bill your credit card when your order is placed.

Will I be charged sales tax?
If you are a resident of the state of Wisconsin, the law requires us to charge sales tax on your purchases. If you are not a resident of the state of Wisconsin, you will not be charged sales tax. However, by law you may be liable for any taxes due in your state.

How does shipping work?
Most domestic shipments will be made with UPS, and all shipping prices are calculated based on the total order price. For international orders, we reserve the right to use the most convenient, dependable, and economical means of shipment based on the buyers location.

What is the Chinese Learning Basics return policy?
Chinese Learning Basics will replace any product found to be defective upon return to the address below. Chinese Learning Basics is not responsible for products damaged after shipment or found not to be defective.
